Obtaining Government Access to OTIS

This page allows interested government agencies to apply for access to the EPA Online Tracking Information System (OTIS).  In order for us to process your application, you will need to provide information about your organization's Internet configuration. The information provided by you will assist EPA in determining how to provide site access to your agency. Organizations eligible for access to OTIS include:

State environmental agencies, state attorney general offices, other state agencies, local and tribal governments that have EPA program delegation, and Federal government departments and agencies (including military).

In general, EPA recommends that your organizational official with knowledge of Internet configurations and firewalls be the person filling out this application. The submission should cover your entire organization. Individual users or staff should not need to fill this out. You will be notified via e-mail when your application has been processed, and access to OTIS has been turned on for your organization.

Questions can be directed to otis_access@abtassoc.com or by calling Matt Malachowski at (617) 349-2719. Abt Associates is an EPA contractor that is assisting in the development of the OTIS site. The EPA contact for this project is Rebecca Kane (kane.rebecca@epa.gov or 202-564-5960). Once we have received your application, you will receive notification asking you to test the site.
